Terms and Condition – Mandarin Visa

Mandarin Visa accepts instructions only upon the terms and conditions set out below. No agent of Mandarin Visa is permitted to vary these terms and conditions unless expressly authorised in writing to do so. However all agent shall have the full benefit of these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions govern the provision of all and any services provided by Mandarin Visa in respect of but not limited to the processing of visas and/or documents for their clients and all orders placed by their clients are made and accepted subject to the terms hereinafter set out. By sending applications to Mandarin Visa for processing, you accept all of the requirements, restrictions and limitations on liability set forth herein and specifically agree and confirm that Mandarin Visa shall be liable to you for any failure to comply with the necessary visa requirements for your travel, for the action or inaction of any government body and/or for the performance by any third party delivery company. In no event shall Mandarin Visa be liable to you for any indirect, special, consequential or incidental losses or damages, including, without limitation, lost profits, or for exemplary damages, and that your sole and exclusive remedy against Mandarin Visa for damages in connection with the failure to obtain a requested visa or visas in a timely manner shall be the return of the Mandarin Visa service fees actually paid by you or £250, whichever is less. At all times and under all circumstances, Mandarin Visa’s total liability to you for any and all claims, causes of action, liabilities and damages of any kind shall not, in any circumstance or for any reason, exceed the lesser of the fees actually paid by you to Mandarin Visa or £250. Any claims filed to Mandarin Visa must be filed within 60 calendar days from the date of invoice.

Mandarin Visa will use its best endeavours to process applications for visas and/or documents at the client’s request. However, Mandarin Visa shall not be held responsible for nor accept any liability for the actions of any consulate, embassy, or passport office in delaying or not issuing such applications for any reason whatsoever, nor shall Mandarin Visa be held responsible for expense and/or delay arising from or in connection with: (a) incomplete application forms or (b) incorrectly or falsely completed application forms or (c) inaccurate or incomplete supporting documentation. Any expense or cost incurred by the client due to these delays or non-issuances shall not be the responsibility of, nor shall any charges be levied upon, Mandarin Visa. Tickets for travel should not be purchased prior to the visa/passport being issued unless they are a specific requirement for that consulate and in such cases open tickets should be obtained.

The absence of a Mandarin Visa order form constitutes acceptance of Mandarin Visa’s Passport Replacement Service. Charges will apply.

Mandarin Visa provides carefully compiled visa and passport information in good faith on the express understanding that the said information is the interpretation of any or all information provided by respective embassies, consulates or passport offices at any or all times and Mandarin Visa shall not accept responsibility or liability whatsoever for any errors and/or omissions in the information.

Mandarin Visa will endeavour, wherever possible, to process the client’s visa, passport and/or document based on the instructions given and application forms submitted, although it is the client’s express responsibility to ensure that the validity of the said visa/passport/document obtained includes and covers the periods of time in which the client plans to enter and leave the country or countries that the client is visiting and for the number of entries to that country and is valid for the purpose intended.

Should a passport, document or other item be lost, misplaced, damaged, delayed or destroyed by any means whatsoever, Mandarin Visa shall only be responsible for the basic replacement cost of said item should the fault rest with them. Mandarin Visa is not responsible for items misplaced, damaged, delayed or destroyed by a consulate, embassy or passport office. Passport covers and all documents such as original bank statements, educational and birth certificates etc not requested for submission per Mandarin Visa instruction should be retained by the applicant. Mandarin Visa accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of such documents.

The fee which shall be payable by the client in respect of services provided by Mandarin Visa is exclusive of any consular or embassy charges whatsoever. Such consular or embassy charges as may be made will be the absolute liability of the client who must make payment in respect of those charges. Mandarin Visa reserves the right to raise its charges at any time with or without prior notice.

Consular fees and availability of services are subject to change without notice. Fees and services may differ between the time the order is placed and when the ordered is completed. Mandarin Visa will endeavour to communicate said changes to the client where possible. Mandarin Visa reserves the right to select the most appropriate service available given the time constraints as indicated by the client. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Mandarin Visa will keep completed applications at our office unless otherwise instructed. A delivery charge will be added to your order. Secure Mail, Same day couriers, UK Overnight Couriers, International Courier services and other third party delivery companies are subject to the conditions set by these individual companies. Mandarin Visa accepts no liability for loss or delays incurred when using third party delivery companies.

Payment of Mandarin Visa fee is due together with any anticipated consular or embassy charges upon Mandarin Visa being instructed unless account facilities have been agreed in writing prior to the said instructions.

Unless instructions are made in writing Mandarin Visa shall not be held responsible for taking such steps as are reasonably considered as fulfilling the implied instructions of the client and/or as being in the best interest of the client and any charges for such services rendered shall be wholly the responsibility of the client.

Mandarin Visa reserves the right to retain all passports and documents until payment of the aforementioned amounts is received in full.

The data available on this website is solely for the use of Mandarin Visa customers. Mandarin Visa reserves the right to block website access and/or take legal action against any users who it may deem to be accessing the website for illegal or unauthorised use.

Mandarin Visa reserves the right to refuse in its total discretion to handle any application or carry any item at any time and no reason need be given.
