The Chinese Business visa is for people who enter China for meetings and other business activities. For anyone who plans to conduct business in China, you will need to get a business visa before exploring your opportunities. It allow you to proceed with business meetings in China but it does not allow you to receive payments, which means it is not for people who wish to enter China for internship, volunteering, placement, training, teaching or lecturing. Processing Time – How long does it take to get a Chinese visa?
All successful applications received by 10:30am can be submitted to the authority on the same working day (Optional – extra charge may apply). Documents arrived after 10:30am can only be processed and submitted by the next working day.

Chinese Business Visa applications will need to provide the following documents:
1. With at least 2 blank pages
2. With at least 6 months validity remaining
Passport size photo
Two standard passport size, coloured photo:
NO visible distortion of facial features (i.e. NO glasses/ Ear rings)
Head width between 15mm and 22mm, head height between 28mm and 33mm
Your letter should include a list of information (Download Template):
– FULL NAME, Gender, Date of birth, and passport number of the applicant
– Your intended Entry and Exit dates to China
– Your purpose of visit to China
– Your intended destination(s) in China
– Your source of financial support for your trip to China
– Your relationship with the invited institute
– A letterhead showing the name, address, telephone number of the Chinese institute
– Signature (in Chinese character) and stamp (Red, Round, about 2 inch in size) from the Chinese institute on the invitation.

How to submit your application
Mandarin Visa accepts applications via different channels, and all successful applications received by 10:30am can be submitted to the authority on the same working day. Our office address is: Mandarin Visa, Executive Offices, 1 Cornhill, London, EC3V 3ND.
Application made in person
Our office opens from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm (excl Bank holidays). For applications delivered in person to our offices an application checking service is available but is provided on a discretionary basis. Charges may apply for this service.
Application deliver by courier
You may send your application by a same day/ next day courier, and we will review your application as soon as your documents arrived at our office. For same day submission, please make sure your documents arrive by 10:30am.
Application send by post
You may send your application via post, and we will review your application as soon as your documents arrived at our office. Please make sure you send it via Royal Mail Special Delivery as it can be tracked via Royal Mail’s system. For same day submission, please make sure your documents arrive by 10:30am.
All fees are charged per applicant. Total price of your order will depend on the services you select and the number of applications.

Mandarin Visa offers varies payment methods, and you will only need to pay before collection, and all fees will be charged according to the type of visa issued and the service you have chosen.

After we have submitted your application to the Chinese Embassy, we will send you a confirmation email and a payment link.The payment link allows you to pay over the internet, and it is all secured by Paypal.
